1970's Captivating diamond heart pendant necklace. This stunning puffed, dome heart shaped, cut out pendant is adorned with 196 pave set round brilliant cut diamonds totaling 1.75cts. The front and back of the pendant are identical. Made in 14k white gold and finely detailed with an open work design that consists of diamonds along the entire front of the pendant. A 19 inch open link chain finishes off this truly unique piece.
