Sapphire and diamond pendant necklace. 2.02cts Oval center pink sapphire mounted in an open work 18k rose and white gold frame. The sapphire has a halo of round diamonds with detailed open work wiring of rose gold and then a larger second halo of round diamonds. Hand twisted rose gold wire accents. 50 round accent diamonds. The bail is rose and white gold with 4 round diamonds connecting the pendant. 16 inch 18k white gold chain. Truly a beautiful and unique piece.
