3 diamond 2 sapphire solid 14k gold ring.  The raised top is prong set with the 5 well contrasted stones.  Made for a small hand but sizeable.  Excellent condition, no repairs or defects.  This  3 round diamonds approx. total weight .70cts, H, SI1.  2 round sapphires approx. total weight .80cts.  Stamped: MEX 14k.  4.3 grams.  Size 4 and sizeable.
