Bright shiny reddish purple well polished and well cut gem quality Amethyst. Natural color. Our gemologist believes this to be of Russian origin. Hand made setting and rose color to the gold. Stunning ring. Circa 1940's 1 oval Amethyst approx. total weight 16.00cts. Tested: 14k. 8.2 grams. 7/8 x 5/8 inch. Size 10 3/4 and sizable.
