GIA certified oval electric neon bright blue/green Paraiba tourmaline center stone, in a platinum setting with a halo of 10 round brilliant cut diamonds and two 6 pear shaped accent diamonds. This Paraiba has a bright inner glow and a beautiful brilliance. The setting was designed and created for this stone in the Peter Suchy Workshop.
