All original hand made Platinum ring circa 1930 with oval well cut and well polished super bright blue Zircon with raised crown and small table. Older re-shanking job, well done. The color of the blue Zircon is today commonly low temperature heated. Both the GIA and AGL rate this stone as natural with low level heat not determinable.
