English hand painted porcelain enamel portrait pin pendant, circa 1960's. The center has a bright hand painted woman's portrait. The frame is hand made scroll work. The diamonds are single cut and tube set in gold tubes with Platinum tops. The portrait is in good overall condition with one slight ship in the 2 o'clock position and at the 3:30 position there are some vertical lines. We cannot tell if this is a signature or small defects. Very nice overall. Excellent condition, no repairs or defects. Looks great on the neck or blouse. Stamped: 15ct. 12.5 grams. 39 x 32mm.
